Shipping Policy

We ship across the whole United States via USPS Priority Mail. Fall-purchased tubers will ship in November - we recommend that you do not order for Fall shipping unless you live in a warm climate and intend to plant soon, or you are experienced in storing tubers through the winter. Spring-purchased tubers will ship in March and April once freezing temperatures are no longer in the forecast. Warmer zones will ship first. The cost of shipping is a flat rate of $15 no matter the number of tubers in your order.

Please note: if your items are damaged during the shipping process, it is up to you, the customer, to file a claim with USPS to get a refund. Once it leaves our hands, we have no control and cannot be considered liable.
