Claudia Ballard is a specialty florist who sources all her flowers from her own locally grown garden, fields, and woods. She offers unique flowers that are not commonly found in traditional shops. After 20+ years working in small town flower shops she craved flowers with character, natural lines and delicate movement.  She wanted to share the beauty she found in her garden and her love of the Michigan woods around her.  She wanted to get back to seasonality and wanted to highlight rare or forgotten flowers that had gotten lost in the landscape or in history.

She has now grown her gardens into Full Bucket Flower Farm, a small flower farm in central Michigan, to supply her creativity and senses.  Each of her bouquets are handmade to feel special and just like a moment in any garden or nature, they can never truly be replicated.

Claudia explores flowers through gardening, arranging, drying, pressing, and creating art.  She gets true satisfaction from sharing her creations and abundance with her community.  Amongst her many favorite flowers, dahlias have become the main event for late summer and fall.  Full Bucket Flower Farm now offers dahlia tubers in the fall and spring in addition to cut flowers.
